About Binni
I am Binni, an engineer and management student turned full-time yogi. Yoga entered my life at the perfect time, during my lowest point amid the COVID pandemic. I began my journey without any expectations of mastering advanced asanas or achieving perfect poses. I simply went to the mat and did what helped me find balance. Over time, this practice has become my way of life. This is what yoga truly is. In the corporate hustle, I've seen firsthand how the pressure of demanding tasks can impact our wellbeing. That's why I firmly believe in the transformative power of yoga which not only works at he physical level but also at the neurological level. It is not just an exercise, but a holistic approach to relieve stress, promote relaxation and ensure a good night sleep - which in turn helps to achieve your desired weight and balance your life by powering your immunity.
My yoga style is a mix of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and highly personalized to suit the student. I also believe in adding pranayama and mini meditations to end the practice. I make sure that the student understands the why behind the practice so that he/she can actively engage and focus the body part. Apart from this, in a month, I try to bring in one affirmation & manifestation class on a full moon day to get the energy flowing.
