About Jeniffer
I graduate from the Inter American University of P.R. with a major in Science and Microbiology in 2002, after years as a military wife a traveled different countries and fell in love with he culinary arts which led to pursue my interest in joining a Pastry and Baking arts program also in Puerto Rico from the Instituto de Banca y Comercio. I was a former instructor of the Bakimg and Pastry Arts program from the Inyeramerican University of P.R. and also a Cake Decorating Instructor from the Wilton Enterprises. Former owner of Baking Sweets Academy and now Pastry Chef at Goose Feathers Cafe. Also founder of the Baking and Cooking Club in All Things Chocolate and More Restaurant.
