About Holy Christian
Hello! I am a dedicated university undergraduate student from the Philippines. While I may not have years of formal classroom teaching experience, I am incredibly eager, patient, and fully prepared to help you succeed.
I hold a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate, which has thoroughly trained me in the best methodologies to support English language learners. I provide personalized reading and writing lessons designed specifically for elementary students to help them build strong, foundational literacy skills. My teaching approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and making learning interactive through engaging stories and vocabulary games.
A typical 60-minute lesson begins with a fun 10-minute warm-up game to build confidence, followed by 25 minutes of interactive reading and comprehension practice. We then spend 20 minutes on creative writing or spelling exercises, wrapping up with a 5-minute recap of what we learned.
What sets me apart is my ability to adapt to each child's unique pace, ensuring they never feel rushed or overwhelmed. These lessons are ideal for primary school pupils who need a gentle, supportive boost in their reading comprehension, phonics, and handwriting.
