About Sristhi
Hello and welcome! I’m Srishti, and I'm thrilled you're considering me as your Math tutor. I'm not just a teacher who explains equations; I'm an educator with a passion for helping every child succeed, especially those who learn differently. I hold a B.Ed. degree supplemented by a Special Education Diploma, giving me the certified skills to create truly inclusive and effective learning environments. My focus is on Specially Abled Children and students with diverse learning needs (typically Grades 5-10 for CBSE/ICSE). I understand that a conventional classroom approach doesn't always work, which is why I use a highly individualized and multisensory teaching style. We'll use visuals, hands-on activities, and real-life examples to turn intimidating concepts into manageable, even fun, challenges. In my class, patience is key, and effort is celebrated. I provide a judgment-free zone where we work together, build confidence, and transform those moments of math anxiety into moments of genuine understanding. My Unique Approach:
My classes focus on building confidence by transforming abstract math into accessible concepts. I use Differentiated Instruction and the CPA (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) method.

Individualized Pacing: Lessons are 100% student-led. We focus on mastery over speed, celebrating every step of progress in a judgment-free zone.
Class Structure:
A typical 60-minute class includes a warm-up review, concept introduction via multisensory activity, guided practice tailored to the student, and a positive wrap-up with achievable goals.
