About Ntando
Hi, I'm ntando mhlanga. I am a dedicated and patient online tutor based in South Africa, specialising in helping primary and high school learners build confidence and improve their academic marks.
In my own schooling career, I maintained a strong academic focus, achieving a Level 6 pass in complex analytical subjects like Geography, History, and Economics. This background has given me a deep understanding of how to study effectively, interpret test questions correctly, and break down dense information into manageable parts.
I chose to get into online tutoring because I know how intimidating school can feel when a student falls behind on a core concept. My teaching style is completely student-centred—I focus on being incredibly encouraging, calm, and clear. I love creating a comfortable, stress-free online space where students feel safe to ask questions, learn from their mistakes, and discover that they are fully capable of succeeding.
I look forward to partnering with you and your child to make their school journey positive, rewarding, and successful!

Hi, I'm ntando mhlanga! I matriculated with a Level 6 pass in Geography and love helping students master map work, climatology, and environmental studies.
Geography is a fascinating subject, but learners often struggle with the technical side—like calculating scale, interpreting topographic maps, or memorising climate zones. I focus on breaking down these complex visual concepts into simple, step-by-step methods that are easy to remember for tests and exams.
What I offer:
• Clear, practical guidance on map work and calculations.
• Targeted summary and study methods for theory topics.
• A patient, encouraging space to work through school assignments together.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory lesson to see what topics your child is currently covering at school and to get them comfortable with online learning. Let's work together to boost those Geography marks!
