About Ignacio
I am a dedicated Math tutor specializing in helping students master Arithmetic, Algebra, Trigonometry, and Statistics. My goal is to make math stress-free by breaking down complex formulas into logical, easy-to-understand concepts.
My teaching approach is highly student-centered, adapting to your specific learning pace. In Arithmetic, we focus on building core number confidence and mental math speed. In Algebra, we build strong problem-solving foundations. In Trigonometry, I focus on making functions and angles intuitive. For Statistics, I help students interpret data and probability with real-world context rather than just memorizing steps.

My lessons are highly structured, interactive, and tailored entirely to your specific school curriculum or exam goals. My rate is PHP 500 per hour, and I dedicate every minute of our session to active learning and confidence-building.
Because my classes are currently 100% online, I use a digital drawing tablet and an interactive shared whiteboard. This ensures that the online experience is just as effective as sitting in a face-to-face classroom.
How our typical 60-minute lesson looks:
First 10 Minutes: We check in on your immediate needs, review confusing school topics, or go over recent math homework.
Next 30 Minutes: We dive into the core concept. We will map out equations step-by-step on the shared screen, whether we are master-building basic operations in Arithmetic, tackling polynomial expansions in Algebra, analyzing functions in Trigonometry, or breaking down probability distributions in Statistics.
Last 20 Minutes: You take the lead. You will solve targeted practice problems while I provide real-time guidance and feedback, catching mistakes instantly.
I provide custom digital summary sheets and extra practice exercises after our sessions. To ensure we are a perfect match, I gladly offer our very first lesson for free!

My standard rate is P500/hour for comprehensive, 1-on-1 online lessons covering Arithmetic, Algebra, Statistics, or Trigonometry. This rate includes access to a shared digital whiteboard, personalized practice problem sets, and step-by-step formula sheets after every session.
The first free lesson is a 30-minute webcam consultation. We will use this time to review your current math syllabus, identify your specific problem areas, and set up our digital learning tools so we are ready to hit the ground running.
Discounted prepaid packages are available for consistent weekly support:
5-hour package: P2,250 (Save P250)
10-hour package: P4,000 (Save P1,000)
Lessons are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged for the session.
