About Kieran
I’m a qualified personal trainer with a background in weight training, mobility work, and calisthenics. After living with chronic pain for over 10 years, I understand the frustration, setbacks, and mental toll that come with trying to stay active while your body resists you. My recovery journey taught me that retraining your body out of pain is a complex process — one that requires both physical and mental effort to succeed.
My approach combines strength and mobility training with an educated understanding of pain. We go deeper than just doing exercises. Together, we’ll explore how your body moves, reacts, and adapts, creating sustainable changes that support real recovery.
Sessions typically run for 30–60 minutes and are designed to meet you where you are. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can rebuild strength, improve movement, and develop confidence in your body again.
I want to guide people through the process of reconnecting with their bodies and rediscovering what they’re capable of, without fear, pressure, or unrealistic expectations. My goal is to help you start your journey toward recovery and long-term resilience.

I take a patient and realistic approach to training, especially for people living with chronic pain, limited mobility, or long-term injuries. Having battled chronic pain myself for over 10 years, I understand how frustrating it can be to want progress but feel held back by your body. My recovery taught me that movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. It just needs to be consistent, mindful, and right for you.
Each session is tailored around your abilities and goals. I focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and helping you move with confidence again. We take things at a pace that supports healing rather than pushing through pain.
Sessions usually run for 30–60 minutes, depending on your energy and comfort level.
I’m a qualified personal trainer with experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, particularly those returning to movement after injury or managing ongoing pain.
My lessons are for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, move without fear, and build long-term strength in a sustainable way.

From there, I’ll outline a clear plan tailored to your needs so we can start building progress safely and confidently together.
