About Daniela
I am a graduate psychologist from the Santo Tomás University, a year ago I took a yoga degree to certify myself as an instructor at the pilot university. I am currently doing a training of HATHA RAJA YOGA in happy yoga in Bogotá. I have been sharing the personalized classes and home about a year ago. I feel that there is no way to learn but you share and practice what you are passionate about with other people.

My teaching techniques and methods are based on the hatha raja yoga from there I build the dynamics of the classes.
A normal class can be developed as follows:
1. Listening to mantras (optional) and breathing exercises
2. Warming up the joints
3. Surya Namaskar
4. Vinyasa
5. Hatha
6. Yoga nidra
7. Meditation / concentration exercises
8. Songs of Mantras / Breathing exercises
9. Close
-If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me or my whats app
- There is no requirement to practice yoga, however, if you have any important condition ask with your doctor before practicing.
- You need comfortable clothes, will and a mat for practice (if you do not have one, I have one so you can use it)
