About Sergio
I have been a Karate Do practitioner (shito ryu) since I was 4 years old, thus having 25 years in practice and 13 years teaching in one of the largest Karate Do institutions in the state, chief instructor of said institution, champion repeatedly national, high performance athlete and personal trainer of FIGHTFITNESS a new system in Mexico.

I teach based on the FIGHTFITNESS system, which is a system designed to be personalized to any level of physical performance, very dynamic since it combines exercises from many disciplines and activities adding the bases of martial training, the classes are very complete and do not fall into repetition. that they are taught with music that you can customize if you wish and I will give you access to a prerecorded digital subject of more than 30 different classes to take in case of not being able to attend face-to-face class and also nutritional recommendations with the advice of nutritionists specialized in sport to enhance the effects of exercise
