Ms. Jones was a student teacher at my school. She wasn’t in my class but always helped the students in need. She attended our sports and always cheered us on. She genuinely cares about her students.

I am a former student of Taylor Jones from first grade to 6th grade. I have always struggled in school with ADHD and Anxiety, but when Taylor started helping with work from the classroom it helped tremendously. I learned skills and helpful resources from Taylor to know when I need a little more focus during my assignments. Another thing I struggled with a lot in elementary was asking for help. I hated asking for help because it just felt so embarrassing. Kids like that NEED a teacher like Taylor to help them understand what help is. It’s not a humiliation ritual like we think, it’s for our on good and only will help us in the long run. Taylor helped me learn those skills. I am now 16 years old and will be turning 17 soon. I am still in touch with Taylor and I know she is always there if I need to reach out for anything from school to just life advice she can help with. Taylor is a great teacher, woman, and leader and she will do everything in her power to see any and all kids succeed, her students or not.

Ms Jones is spectacular! She was a student teacher for all 3 of my grandchildren and did 1v1 tutoring for 1 of them. She has attended Kelvin athletics for years. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her.

Taylor has been an excellent tutor for my son throughout the past semester. Since working with her, his reading ability has noticeably improved, and his overall grades have gone up as well. She is patient, consistent, and clearly invested in his progress. Taylor communicates well, sets realistic goals, and follows through on them. Based on the results I have seen and the care she shows in tutoring my son, I trust her completely as an educator.

Can’t say enough about Taylor. I’ve watched her work with children for the last 9/10 years. She is professional, caring and relatable. Taylor is reliable and has been very successful in helping many students in the past. Taylor’s way of connecting with kids is nothing short of amazing!

I believe Taylor is a trustworthy teacher because I’ve seen her engage with students in a positive manner that creates an environment of growth and challenges students to think critically. Taylor is not only able to support students educationally, but also supports them socially and emotionally. She consistently builds strong, respectful relationships with her students, making them feel seen, heard, and valued. Her ability to balance high expectations with encouragement allows students to develop confidence, accountability, and a genuine desire to learn. I’ve worked alongside Taylor for a full school year and have had the chance to see firsthand how she interacts with students on a daily basis. Taylor not only supports students academically, but also attends to their social and emotional needs. She builds strong, respectful relationships that make students feel seen, heard, and valued, while maintaining high expectations that encourage confidence, accountability, and a genuine desire to learn.

Taylor is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She brings different techniques to meet learners where they are and is always quick to make changes when things aren’t working.
