About Naoko
About me:
I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Ottawa’s School of Rehabilitation Sciences. My research focuses on developing interventions to help university students manage performance anxiety and optimize performance. I have given workshops to students, professionals, and amateur musicians. I delivered a mini-course on mental skills at UOttawa's Mini-Course Week in 2025.
