About Rolando

As a PhD in structural engineering I deal with math every day in my career and dealt with it all the way through my BS and MS. Furthermore I enjoy teaching, I was a teaching assistant during my senior year in college and throughout my graduate studies. I’m patient and always try to create an environment where my students can thrive.

About the lesson

Lessons will be tailored to your needs and can range from help with homework to help you prep for math portion of GRE or GMAT. I could potentially tutor in physics as well, depending on the topics. I tutored math throughout my college years and I’ve learned that every student is different so I’ll work at the pace and way you need to succeed! :)

I have known Rolando since Covid. I was moving to a new town and I found him in our local bridge club website. He was giving lessons to players online and he mentored me as a student of bridge. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I would certainly recommend him as a tutor. Eventually, we became friends and we played a number of bridge tournaments together.
