About Jot
Education: I am a Physics Hons. School (UG & PG) student of Panjab University where focus is more on the in-depth understanding of the subject. As a result, I qualified NET twice. Teaching: I have the experience of working at University for one year five months. I also had the opportunity to teach in IIT Ropar (UG) as Teaching Assistant in Physics Laboratory Course. My recent teaching experience is for both UG and PG classes of Physics. Distinction: I scored 10.00 CGPA in my PhD coursework and started working on an altogether new interdisciplinary problem. This work got selected in the prestigious 26th Annual Conference of the European Society for Biomaterials and I also became ESB awardee out of 600+ international participants. Our research work got second position in National Conference for preparing Ag Nanoparticles using Neem Leaves in October, 2025. Research: I have good research experience. I have done a theoretical study on understanding structure of SWNTs (Single Walled Nanotubes). I have also worked on physically, chemically and physico-chemically eroded surfaces and I have also done cell proliferation studies. I am also working in the field of Physics Education in which I worked independently and published a single author article from UG lab experiments in a National Journal.
