About Joni
I am extremely passionate about education and providing tailored experiences to students. Not everyone learns the same way, and standard education & testing methods may not work the same for everyone. I approach my lessons with kindness and patience, and try to make them an enjoyable learning experience. I know that I learn best when I’m happy!
I am a scientist with research experience in microbiology, molecular biology, dermatology, cancer biology, biochemistry, statistics, thesis writing, and more. I did my PhD at the University of Auckland, NZ; Postdoc at Harvard Medical School, USA; and I now work as a scientist in Sydney, Australia.
