About Swati
I believe it is always good to be professional at your work but teaching is very different profession. You have to be professional as well as a friend with your students. My experience says that the best way to boost the confidence of students is to give them assignments and small exams. Even small tasks are very useful to boost confidence. second thing is when a student fully understand a topic in class, it creates interest as well as confidence in the student. My expertise in my subjects, experience of being a student at a very good institution and my interest in teaching give me confidence to be a good teacher.

Teaching is my passion. I can explain the topics in easy and creative way. I am confident in my subjects and I can guide my students for their career goals. I have experience with bachelor and master’s students. I was also teaching school kids for some time so I understand to make a topic interesting. I have been educated from the top institutions in India where I have been interacted with some very good teachers. I have learnt some very important teaching skills form them for example patience, how to make your students comfortable so that they don’t hesitate to clear their doubts and encourage them for group studies and discussions.
