About Daniel
I am a graduate in physics and astronomy from the Universtiy of Kansas. I graduated two years ahead of my class and moved to London last fall. I started tutoring physics in high school and have been doing it professionally for the last year. I am currently employed at Oppidan Education but work freelance as well.

As a tutor my goal is to connect the interests of a student with the subject matter at hand. If they're a huge football fan and we're learning probability, we'll talk about the odds that a player makes a goal. If they're more into history and we're learning about physics, we'll discuss how Galileo's discoveries impacted Europe. This strategy gets around the natural resistance of people who "aren't math people" (I know I wasn't!) and really cements the knowledge gained.
