About Sushil
Engineer. B Tech (Electrical) from IITK. Now retired, after working for 40 years in Computer industry. Science and maths has been my hobby. Have been teaching students, mostly preparing them for engineering entrance exams (non-payment) since long. My professional career has also been in primarily technical area.

Maths and Physics both are strictly based on logic and reasoning. I emphasize on the concepts before getting onto problem solving.
Any topic needs a combination of three components:
- Understanding the concepts
- Memorizing the rules and formulae (No matter how one dislikes the "learning by heart", every topic does have it's share of formulae to be memorized)
- Practice problem solving, to improve your speed, and get a better grip of the previous two parts, ie, concepts and formulae.
However, if the concepts are properly understood, then learning becomes fun instead of rote.
