About Shante
Sometimes I find that traditional school methods make math feel like a foreign language. I use Vedic math techniques, SAT/ACT math prep, linear algebra, coordinate geometry, arithmetic and number sense, problem-solving strategies, homework help, mental math, and exam preparation.
These tools help me support the 103 students I have guided. I am a neurodivergent teacher who values clarity. Math is a language. I am here to help you get better at it.

Math sessions typically feel like a quiet conversation between two people solving a mechanical puzzle. We focus on specific problem solving strategies that make complex linear algebra or coordinate geometry feel manageable. Since I hold a BS Physics degree, I approach every worksheet by breaking down the logic into observable steps. You will receive weekly practice worksheets with step-by-step solutions to ensure your progress remains steady between our meetings.
These sessions provide the structure needed to master arithmetic and number sense through consistent application. I use 7.0 as a standard for self assessment during our intensive exam preparation routines. Developing these habits now will ensure you are ready for your future academic success.
