About Hope

In addition to piano-specific skills, I incorporate related subjects such as music theory, ear training, and composition to provide a holistic understanding of music. With over 9 years of dedicated tutoring experience, I have developed a deep passion for helping students unlock their full musical potential through piano. Throughout my teaching journey, I have guided between 300 to 350 high school and college students, each with their unique learning style and musical goals. My sessions are designed to be both structured and inspiring, ensuring that students not only learn but also enjoy the process of discovering music.
I specialize in teaching piano performance, music theory, and composition, tailoring each lesson to the individual needs of my students. I focus on developing technical skills, expressive playing, and creative thinking, helping students gain both confidence and mastery over their instrument. By integrating real-life examples, practice strategies, and engaging exercises, I ensure that students understand concepts thoroughly while nurturing their passion for music.
I take great pride in supporting students as they achieve their musical aspirations, whether it’s preparing for exams, participating in competitions, or performing for personal fulfillment. My ultimate goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel motivated to grow, explore, and excel in music.
