I love basketball since I was 10 years old, I played in professional clubs. I won multiple of national championship with teams in Egypt. I am passionate to coach new generations, escalate their skills and work together on strength points.

The approach depends on the aim of the session. So, the workout is personally tailored 1-hour sessions designed to make you leave the session feeling like a professional.

3. We work on fitness (agility, speed, footwork, shooting …)
