About Francesco
Hi everyone, I am not your typical strict professor; rather, I am a mentor and an older brother figure who truly understands what it means to be a student today. Being young and having recently completed my dual degrees, I clearly remember the stress and challenges of learning.
Outside of studying, I am a huge motorsport fan and love playing football. However, what I find most rewarding is getting to know people's stories and leaving them with valuable insights. Over the past four years, I have personally tutored more than 10 students and encountered every kind of situation—from students who had completely lost their motivation or struggled to grasp the material, to those who felt a genuine rejection of the school system and teachers.
Despite these difficulties, we have always achieved excellent results. My secret? Empathy and active listening. In a traditional classroom of 20 or more students, it is impossible to give everyone the individual attention they deserve. My approach is based on a deep understanding of each student's specific needs, allowing me to create a 100% personalized, judgment-free learning path. However, do not mistake my empathy for an easy ride. Just because I am young and understanding doesn't mean the work will be easy. I can be strict when the situation calls for it, and I am always 100% honest and straightforward with my feedback.
My ultimate goal is not just to help you pass your next test, but to build real discipline, help you unlock your full potential, and rediscover confidence in your own abilities.

My lessons typically last 1 or 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the topic, to keep attention high and avoid tiring the student. I offer lessons for all levels, from primary school children up to advanced university students.
My main goal is not just to teach concepts, but to impart a solid study method that makes the student completely independent in their academic future. Each lesson is highly personalized, adapting to what the student prefers and how they respond to stimuli. The first part of the session is always dedicated to listening to their doubts and clarifying them together step by step.
During the lesson, we create conceptual maps together and try to find a "general method" to independently solve all types of exercises. My approach aims for peak performance: during the sessions, it is the student who works and reasons actively; I assist and guide them as a mentor, but I never take their place.
Finally, I assign homework designed and individually calibrated to strengthen specific areas of improvement. Backed by my dual degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and in Business from TUS, combined with 4 years of experience, I guarantee comprehensive academic and motivational support.
