About Amelia
I am a first year Politics and International Relations student at University College London. I studied English Literature up until A-Level, achieving an A grade. Through this, I developed my own bank of essay writing skills, techniques and resources. I am also currently completing a TEFL qualification, so that in the future I can teach the English language internationally.

I am able to teach students up to and including A-Level, based off of my own personal techniques and study experiences. I follow a student-centred approach, meaning that I will be directed by you with what you feel as though you need help with or to work on. I think that developing strong essay writing and critical thinking skills is critical, so I would hope to regularly set you essay titles that you can work on in between classes, which I will mark and provide feedback on for you, outside of your lessons in school. I also think that text-based discussion is crucial, so we will discuss the texts you are reading, and what you think of them.
