About Caroline

I have a degree in Portuguese, Literature and Linguistics from UNICAMP and a master's degree in Applied Linguistics, with a focus on Portuguese-English Translation, also from UNICAMP. I am certified in Translation Technologies from University College London. Additionally, I have a bachelor's degree in Portuguese as a Foreign Language from UNICAMP. I currently reside in the USA and teach English and Portuguese to private students. I believe that learning a language opens doors to new experiences, connections with different cultures and people, access to new content, and can also be an asset to your professional career. About the lesson

The teaching is personalized to meet the needs and goals of each student. During the first class, which will be free, we will create your study plan. This study plan is entirely focused on the student's objectives, whether they are for professional, travel, exchange, or personal purposes. Furthermore, my methodology aims to make language learning occur naturally, just like in our native language. We start by working on listening comprehension and speaking skills, enabling the student to communicate with confidence and without developing barriers. I believe it's essential to maintain an ongoing dialogue with the student to ensure the study plan aligns with their ambitions.
