I focus on understanding rather than rote learning. And in my class asking questions is encouraged without any judgement. I focus more on concepts first and later on tricks. Many students believe mathematics is difficult but I believe that once concepts are clear then mathematics becomes easier subject. The class will be for school students with test at regular interval of time.
