I still remember the lesson that made me fall in love with physics. My teacher drew a simple diagram on the board and suddenly the universe made sense in a way it never had before. That moment stayed with me — and it's the reason I chose to pursue physics all the way to postgraduate level, and now to teach it.
I hold a Master's degree in Physics and have had hands-on experience working with a cloud chamber — an instrument that makes the invisible visible, literally tracking the paths of subatomic particles in real time. It's the kind of experiment that reminds you why physics is extraordinary, and it shapes how I teach: I want my students to feel that same sense of wonder, not just memorise equations for an exam.
I have formal tutoring experience and work with GCSE and A-Level students. I focus on making sure concepts are truly understood before we move to problem-solving — because a student who understands the physics can handle any question, not just the ones they've practised. I'm patient, I ask questions back, and I never move on until I'm sure a student is with me.

Physics is not just a subject — it is a way of thinking. As a postgraduate physicist who has worked hands-on with a cloud chamber, I bring real research experience into every lesson, helping students see physics as something alive and exciting, not just a list of formulae to memorise.
I work with GCSE and A-Level students, and my approach is always concept-first. Before we tackle any problem, I make sure the student genuinely understands the why behind it — because a student who understands the concept can answer any question the exam throws at them, not just the ones they've seen before. Once the foundation is solid, we move into structured problem-solving, past paper practice, and exam technique.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, conducted online, making them accessible to students across the UK and internationally. I have formal tutoring experience and adapt every session to the individual — whether a student is struggling with the basics or pushing for top grades.
