About Tanisha
I have been tutoring chemistry for over 5 years and hold a MSc in Radiochemistry. My expertise lies in food chemistry and nutritional science, where science meets daily living. I specialize in teaching macromolecules—proteins, carbohydrates, and fats—and their functions in nutrition. I also cover food additives and the chemistry behind flavor, preservation, and texture.
