About Pragati
From Within Me to You: Why I Teach Yoga Namaste. I’m Pragati — a lifelong learner, a spiritual seeker, and now, your Hatha Yoga guide. Yoga didn’t just change my life — it healed it. It showed me how to sit with silence, how to listen to my breath, and how to find peace when the world felt loud. That’s why I’m here — not to impress you with difficult poses, but to share something real. Why I Teach? Because I’ve seen how powerful it is when the body and mind begin to align. Because I believe everyone carries pain — and everyone deserves to feel light again. Because we are all seeking home — and sometimes, that home is right within us. In my classes, I will hold space for you. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who has wandered far from themselves… You are welcome. I don’t teach to be followed. I teach so you can follow your own breath, your own rhythm, your own path. Let’s begin — with honesty, softness, and intention.
