About Nandeesh

I am an engineering graduate, worked in IT industry for close to 6 years and left it to Pursue my Profession Pranic Healing(A No Touch and a No Drug/Medicine energy healing). I am practicing it from past 9 years.

About the lesson

1.What is Meditation and Why to do it?
2.What are the benefits?
3.Explaining the meditation.
4.Anyone above 10years of age can do it once in a week and above 16years, they can do it daily.

Note: It's not that we have concentration so we do meditation, its we do meditation to get concentration.

As Complimentary, I can teach forgiveness technique and help in personality development/Character Building.
