About Teleza

I'm Tracy, a final-year Kinesiology and Coaching Science student at Tshwane University of Technology. My degree taught me that mastering any skill whether a sprint or a sentence, requires breaking complex movements into small, repeatable drills. I apply this to English: spelling and grammar become muscle-memory patterns, and creative writing becomes a performance you rehearse. I use sports psychology to ease 'writer's block' (performance anxiety) and treat every mistake as data, not failure. My coaching lens lets me diagnose your weak spots and push you just past your comfort zone—where real growth happens.

About the lesson

My lessons are anything but one-size-fits-all. I start by assessing your child's current level, then craft a personalised roadmap that targets their specific gaps in spelling, grammar, and reading comprehension. We use games, storytelling, and real-world texts—never dull worksheets. I celebrate every small win to build genuine confidence. The result? Your child stops dreading English and starts participating eagerly in class.
