I have been teaching for 3 years following the completion of my PGCE. Prior to this, I completed an undergraduate degree in Early Years, providing me with a sound understanding of how children learn and develop. I have experience with children of different ages across primary school age!

I believe that you learn best through doing so sessions will be interactive and fun. We will set goals and find the best learning style for you to meet the goals.
I understand the importance of making learning stick and ensuring that it is in long term memory so sessions will always start with a quick recap of prior learning. Each lesson will then build on the previous. There will be lots of opportunities to apply learning within a variety of contexts as I believe this is a good way of assessing whether the taught input has been understood!
