About Andrea
Hello! My name is Andrea, and I am a qualified primary school teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Hertfordshire. I have experience teaching and supporting children across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and I am passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
I believe that every child learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit their individual needs, learning style and pace. My aim is to create a positive, supportive environment where children feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes and enjoy learning.
I have experience supporting children with a range of abilities, including those with SEND and English as an Additional Language (EAL). I use engaging, interactive teaching methods to build confidence while strengthening key skills in English and Maths.
Whether your child needs help catching up, preparing for assessments, improving confidence, or being challenged further, I will provide personalised lessons that are enjoyable, encouraging and focused on helping them achieve their goals.

I specialise in supporting children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, particularly in English and Maths. My lessons are personalised to each child’s individual needs, whether they need extra support to build confidence, help catching up, or an additional challenge to reach their full potential.
I create engaging, interactive lessons using a variety of activities that make learning enjoyable while developing a strong understanding of the curriculum. I believe every child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit their strengths and help them achieve success at their own pace.
My aim is not only to improve academic progress but also to build confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning. I provide a calm, supportive and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and celebrating their achievements.
Whether your child is preparing for SATs, needs help with homework, wants to strengthen core skills, or simply needs a confidence boost, I would love to support them on their learning journey.
