Hello, I am Casie and it is my belief that Gloria is a trustworthy teacher as I have observed the way she handles children in general class room settings as well as a special needs private setting and then in an intimate family setting. My observations are that she is in tune with each child’s individuality and she is highly capable of switching different teaching styles and techniques to fit the child. She is generally patient, kind and understanding, which I believe stems from her love of children and people in general. While some things are learned, others come naturally, Gloria is a natural at nurturing and teaching so that a child can be assisted in reaching his/her individual aptitudes. Having Gloria teach any of my 20 grandchildren would be an honor, if it were only an expense I could afford. Gloria will be greatly beneficial to any team of teachers and staff that would be lucky enough to have her onboard.

Gloria goes above and beyond for the kids. From teaching them their ABCs, their numbers, colors and shapes. She also teaches them to LOVE and look for God!

Gloria is a trustworthy teacher because she consistently follows through on her promises, such as returning graded assignments on time, which shows she values her students' time and efforts. She also respects student confidentiality, offering support without breaching their privacy when they share personal struggles. Gloria demonstrates honesty by admitting her own mistakes and correcting them openly, which builds credibility and sets a strong example. She treats all students fairly, avoiding favoritism and ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. Additionally, she advocates for her students, standing up for them when necessary and ensuring their voices are heard, even in difficult situations. These qualities make her a dependable and respected figure in the classroom.

I highly recommend Gloria as a mathematics teacher. She is kind and respectful, while teaching mathematical concepts . She listens well and reaches into understanding the students learning style. So that the student will actually learn math and feel successful. She is never too busy to answer a question thoroughly and completely.. I appreciate having a teacher like her in our education system.
