About Amy
I was first drawn to attend a yoga class as a teenager—an experience that sparked an ongoing journey of learning and discovery for the next 25 years. As yoga increasingly became my ‘home base’, and was pivotal in supporting my recovery from injury, I took the step to become a yoga teacher 13 years ago, to share the profoundly beautiful and transformative practice with others!

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my page! I offer a variety of yoga styles, including alignment-focused Hatha, slow-flow, deeply restful restorative sessions, and chair yoga—all tailored to your unique needs and goals. Trained in both London and Rishikesh, India, I’m a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 and a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher, and I also hold a diploma in Yoga Therapy. I’ve been teaching for about 13 years, during which I’ve led classes, workshops, and retreats, as well as delivered yoga for stress management programmes and yoga for arthritis and healthy joints modules on accredited teacher training courses. Every class is designed especially for you and includes a focus on healthy alignment and joint usage to cultivate a sustainable, nourishing practice for the long term. I offer classes for all levels of experience, including complete beginners, either in person in London or online via Zoom. Sessions are typically one hour long, but other durations can be arranged too.

Details
I charge £60 for an in-person one hour private session at your home or office in SE and central London. Other locations may involve a travel charge depending on the distance. Packages displayed are for in-person block class bookings. The cost for a 1 hour online class is £40. Block booking discounts are also available—please reach out to discuss. The initial free class offer is for a 45 minute online session only.
