My teaching method is focusing on safe alignments and postures for individuals through Vinyasa yoga. I believe that it is important as everyone has a different body and a range of motion. I love teaching and making positive connections with people.
I have a degree in education and 200 hours yoga teacher qualification by Powerliving yoga. I have been working in education industry for 7 years in Sydney. I am originally from Seoul, South Korea and I can speak both Korean and English fluently.
