About Presha
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support multiple federal agencies and serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Information Security Officers, Directors, Logisticians, and other C-level Executives. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the workplace and the skills needed to navigate a career successfully.
At the same time, I know firsthand that having professional experience doesn’t necessarily mean having all the answers. I’ve experienced the uncertainty that comes with choosing a career path, questioning whether you’re on the right track, and trying to figure out what kind of work feels genuinely meaningful and fulfilling.
Those experiences have shaped the way I approach career coaching. I understand how overwhelming it can be to make important career decisions when you’re unsure where to start or whether you’re making the “right” choice. My goal is to provide the guidance, perspective, and encouragement I wish I had earlier in my own career, while helping you build the confidence to make decisions that are right for you.

A typical session begins by identifying the client’s goals and priorities, followed by exploring potential career paths, strengths, interests, and areas for growth.
What sets me apart is my combination of professional experience and my genuine passion for helping others navigate career decisions. I understand that career growth is not always linear, and I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment.
My coaching is designed primarily for college students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who are exploring career options because I've been there and know how daunting and overwhelming it can feel to figure out what comes next.
