About Alexea
Alexea Norman is an American dancer, choreographer, and educator. She trained with directors from the likes of the Joffrey Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, and Lìmon Dance Company. She studied in the US until 2019 when she relocated to the UK and shortly thereafter began her professional career with Mas Dance Company. Her performance credits include music videos with artists such as Tallia Storm, Sony’s “FlashDance”, London Fashion Week, and several short film and performance projects.
She is well-versed in ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, commercial, street, heels, lyrical, and Latin. She specializes in contemporary and jazz, currently hosting regular classes at Pineapple Dance Studios. She was the resident choreographer for the QMUL Theatre Company between 2021 and 2023; other choreography credits include Mike Rizk’s “Flamenco-Electro”, CW Laurie’s “Under a Spell”, and the soon to be released advert for No Limits Evolution.

Alexea is able to create a safe space for students to thrive while challenging them to explore movement outside of their boundaries. She is able to break down complex choreography into simple steps anyone can understand, and is always a pleasure to work with. if you're looking for a teacher who is professional, creative, and genuinely passionate about what they are doing, I cannot recommend her enough
