About Andie
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, PA. I have 15 years of experience teaching art to students of all ages and skill sets. I have taught in the traditional K-12 setting, as well as private and small group classes. In addition to instructing classes, I have also served as a Program Manager at the Shemer Art Center in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, I managed all aspects of the educational department, including educational programming, instructor management and class registrations. I am a professional artist with many exhibitions under my belt. I exhibit my work frequently, create commissioned artwork and am very involved in the art community.

My art lessons are tailored to fit your needs and interests. With my welcoming approach, you will be able to put aside any reservations you have about creating art and develop your skills quickly!
I have been teaching for over 15 years to students of all ages and skill sets. I am currently teaching students from 13-18 years of age.
Lessons are begin with structured instruction with on the topic of the day. Students then work independently with my guidance. The end of each session includes a quick recap and critique.
My specialties are acrylic, oil, drawing, watercolor, printmaking, sculpture, and portfolio preparation.
