About SHIV

I am MBAian & working for corporates in Mumbai | Playing Guitar from past 14 Years | loves to teach Passionate Music Enthusiasts | 8 years of teaching experience | Will provide in depth Music theory & notes with Practical Implication | Learn how to play guitar on any song |

About the lesson

Music can't be just taught. It needs to be felt & needs dedication & practise. For basic understanding & learning guitar notes, theories will be given but actual crux of learning music & playing guitar is purely PRACTISE & PRACTISE. 1 point to remember ALWAYS : THERE IS NO LIMIT OF LEARNING & PRACTISING. I'll put my 100% to make you understand what it takes to play guitar. In beginning, the classes will be conducted on sargams/leads/theories to make your fingers adjust on guitar strings then will be followed by basic Chords on various songs with different rhythms. Post that advanced classes will be taken on blues/country rock/metal (heavy/alternative/hardcore/punk) according to the interest of the student. And I will be covering a wide range of songs from bollywood oldies to latest rock songs.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience had by the students of SHIV.

Perfect! Shiv has been an excellent guitar teacher. Shiv is incredibly understanding, non-judgmental, and focused on my child’s guitar learning experience. In the mere 3 months of time spent with him, he significantly expanded my child’s ability to play guitar and encouraged active exploration and expression through playing music. One can hardly find such a dedicated tutor.I highly recommend him to anyone who is on the fence about getting guitar lessons! 10/10

It is a wonderful experience learning from a professional. The classes have always been interesting because of the way in which he shuffles the theory as well as the practical classes. He is very friendly and I am glad to have seen improvement in my graph within 10 classes!

The one and only tutor I would recommend to each and every person asking for a guitar teacher/class. I would just say "go for SHIV sir", if you want to learn guitar. Online or offline, he is the best guitar teacher ever. His own guitar playing/teaching skills and techniques will gear you up to learn guitar in fastest way possible. The best part is that you will understand the theory and practical part simultaneously and the beginner will soon start getting a feeling of PRO guitarist in him.

What makes him different from other teachers is that he focuses on every single detail when you play guitar, from strumming patterns to the number of wires you're playing in a chord & he keeps me correcting whenever I missed out something. He ensures that you learn from the very basics & can play in front of any crowd. I have learned guitar from him, so double thumbs up...go for it!

I started learning Ukelele from him and he is one of the few teachers who would make sure you are understanding right from the basics. This is mainly to ensure that in future we are able to play any song just by listening to it. His classes are always interesting and enjoyable and also learning something new each day.
