About Sonit
Hello! My name is Sonit, and I am passionate about fitness, healthy living, and helping people become more confident through regular exercise and discipline. I believe fitness is not only about physical appearance but also about building confidence, consistency, and a healthier lifestyle.
I have more than 2 years of experience guiding beginners with fitness routines, workout consistency, and healthy habits. My approach is friendly, practical, and beginner-focused so that students feel comfortable and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
Along with fitness, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, which has helped me develop discipline, patience, and a goal-oriented mindset. I enjoy motivating people, helping them stay consistent, and encouraging them to improve step by step according to their personal fitness goals.
As a trainer, I focus on creating a positive and supportive environment where beginners can learn comfortably without pressure or hesitation. My goal is to help people become stronger, healthier, more active, and more confident through simple and sustainable fitness methods.

I believe fitness should feel motivating and sustainable rather than stressful or overly complicated. My classes focus on building consistency, improving strength, increasing stamina, and developing healthy habits step by step in a comfortable environment.
A typical class usually includes warm-up exercises, guided workout sessions, basic fitness techniques, posture correction, strength or endurance training, and cool-down routines. I also focus on motivation, discipline, and helping students maintain a positive mindset towards fitness.
As a trainer, I try to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and progressing at their own pace. My goal is to help beginners feel more confident, active, and healthier through practical fitness guidance.
My classes are mainly intended for:
