Terbuka kepada individu atau kumpulan. Diajar oleh pemegang Doktor Falsafah dalam bidang Kaunseling. Seorang Kaunselor dan Pengamal Kaunseling yang berdaftar dengan Lembaga Kaunselor Malayia.
