About François
From the top of my 6 years of experience in streetworkout, I have carried out numerous competitions in France and internationally (Belgium, Germany and Ukraine for the world championships (5th in the ranking)). It is then these experiences of practices and competitions that allowed me to acquire a background of knowledge on the different learning methods adaptable to all.

It's the time for you to master your body by learning all the basic movements (pull-ups, dips, push-ups), until you reach more complex movements (muscle up, frontlever, backlever, humanflag and many more).
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, learn and progress with training methods that I have acquired during my 6 years of experience in this sport. These methods are accessible and adaptable to all.
I have already carried out sports programming for intermediate and advanced level athletes who have enabled them to achieve their objectives, particularly in terms of sports performance.
My goal is therefore to train you in this sporting discipline which will bring you many benefits in terms of your health and more generally your personal life.

François est un des meilleurs athlètes de Street Workout que j'ai pu rencontré. Son coaching sur des mouvements tels que les tractions, les dips et les muscle-ups ont été décisifs pour que je progresse efficacement et rapidement. Je recommande fortement !
