About Dr LaTayna
I have been a professional teacher for three years, but have worked with elementary students as a para-professional for two years before becoming a teacher. I have a advanced degree is business administration and have had the opportunity to teach business office classes for Continuing Education in a Technical College setting. I worked tirelessly with my two older grandchild to prepare them for school and one is in the gifted program and the other has special needs and is performing greatly now with confidence and clarity.

My teaching approach is every child learns differently. I work with a child to determine how the learn and differentiate the lesson so that that child can easily learn. I give them various tools to show them how to learn and when the don't understand how they can find valuable resources that will help them.
