About Mackenzie
My passion for programming grew from the realization that small logical steps can create impactful solutions. I earned a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Software Engineering, gaining expertise in programming languages, algorithms, and software design. Over 11 years, I have taught learners from beginners to advanced students, focusing on structured, interactive lessons that combine conceptual understanding with practical coding skills.
I prioritize clarity, patience, and adaptability in teaching. Many students face difficulties with abstract programming concepts or debugging challenges, so I provide stepwise explanations, relatable examples, and hands-on practice. My approach encourages curiosity, independent problem-solving, and mastery over memorization.
Outside teaching, I explore programming projects, new technologies, and software trends, which enrich lessons with real-world applications. Watching students progress from hesitation to confidence, creativity, and technical competence is deeply rewarding.
