About Wesley
My fascination with psychology started in my senior year of high school in Mr. M's AP Psychology class at Shorewood High School. It inspired me to major in the subject at Seattle Pacific University, where my love and appreciation for psych only grew. Throughout my education, I not only found the content of the work interesting, but also found immediate real-world application for my learning that benefited my mental health, social relationships, and general health and wellness.

In my experience with working with students of all age groups, I know that building good rapport with learners is a key strategy in establishing a flourishing environment for education and personal growth.
As a tutor and aid, I bring my authentic self: Korean-American, Christian, self-aware, compassionate, and considerate. As a former TaeKwonDo instructor, I bring a positive and energetic presence to my lessons. My experience as a Behavior Technician and Para-educator allows me to work effectively with people on the neuro-divergent spectrum as well.
Besides having an Undergraduate Level's understanding of psychology, I employ relevant and tactical studying and focus strategies that are applicable to improve studying in all subjects.
