About Antonia

Psychology Bsc, Irish educated until traveling to Glasgow to study psychology. Studied ballet under Joan Denise Moriarty school of dance.
I believe in a healthy life balance to keep life interesting and also to navigate through the rough times so you can deal with challenges as positively as possible. Keeping your spirits up and being aware of the challenges around is essential. I want to offer my own skills I’ve developed from education to personal experiences and from a professional aspect.
I see the green and grey trainer (illusion) and therefore I am analytical with a hint of creativity from training as a dancer for years.

About the lesson

Firstly I like to meet and see what is needed and find out what would suit best going forward, then I can purpose a plan. This can be emailed or posted after first meeting and further discussed and amended if required as the plan needs input from all. I like structure but I like being flexible when needed. I like to motivate minus the pressure. I like to think outside the box and always offer some form of solution. I like being positive, discrete and supportive. I’m very organised and punctual.
