About Chloe
I started out my education by receiving my health coach certification and quickly began to realize how much psychology is behind nutrition, health, and overall wellbeing. I received my bachelor's in psychology and am now working on my master's in public health to learn even more about every area of health. I have been hosting one on one sessions for about two years now and have led clients to discover what health actually means to them and have worked on plans to implement these changes into their lives.

My teaching method is client-focused and fact-based. Using well-researched methods and tools, I work one on one with clients to achieve their best level of health. Clients set their own goals that I help to implement and we work on ways to achieve them together. Each person is incredibly unique and together we will use this individuality to obtain the best results possible in terms of wellbeing, health, and mindset.
