•Process(Plant) experience- All precious metals; Uranium; Copper; Ferromanganese; Non-Ferrous Metals; Acid Plants; Sewage Plants; Coal; Electroplating; Iron; Cements; Phosphorous; Water – Boiler water ; Waste water treatment ; Desalination ; Tailing Dam -. Oil, Paint, Adhesives.
•Laboratory Experience – Quantitative and qualitative measurements of 60% of elements in Periodic Table using classical methods and modern analytical instrumentation.
•Quality Assurance – All incoming raw materials; Final Products; TQM – 15 years; Continuous Improvement;
•Managerial Experience – Managed laboratories (20 -80 employees). for more than 15 years.; Assist with managerial duties on various Plants and Refineries (150 -300 employees); Change management; Conflict management; Budgeting; Report writing; Presentations; Supply chain management; Procurement; Commercial Management, Development and implementation of Logistic strategies; Stock Control of raw materials and final products; Product Development; Strategic Development.
•Computer literacy – Certified network administrator/ MS Office/ GE proficiency/, PLC programming software/ Pastel Evolution/ Auto SHEQ ISO Systems//Microsoft Suite/Adobe Illustrator/Google Analytics.
