Abid trained as my GTP and then worked as part of the key stage I lead. He has always been a conscientious hard working teacher with excellent subject knowledge and amazing rapport with children.
Abid has worked at Rush Green Primary all year. We have tried to employ him full time but he has wanted the experiences of teaching in all year groups. He is very conscientious and regularly stays til 6pm marking books or preparing lessons
