About Haafizah
I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher with a strong passion for helping children grow in confidence and reach their full potential. I have worked with pupils across KS1 and KS2, supporting them in both Maths and English and helping them to build strong foundations in their learning.
I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and have experience working with primary-aged children in school settings. I am patient, friendly and approachable, and I always aim to create a positive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit each individual’s needs and learning style. Whether your child needs extra support, help with specific topics, or preparation for SATs, I am committed to providing high-quality, engaging lessons that make a real difference.

I am a qualified and experienced primary teacher who aims to make learning engaging, supportive and tailored to each child’s needs. My approach focuses on building confidence first, as I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable and encouraged.
In my lessons, I use a mix of clear explanations, guided practice and interactive activities to help children understand key concepts in both Maths and English. I adapt my teaching style depending on the child, whether they need help with core skills, homework support or preparation for SATs.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long and take place online. I ensure each session is well-structured but also flexible, allowing time to revisit areas where a child may need extra support.
I have experience teaching KS1 and KS2 pupils and understand the national curriculum and expectations at each level. My lessons are suitable for children aged 5–11 who may need extra support, confidence building, or help to reach their full potential.
