About Josh
I am passionate about helping children feel confident, motivated and proud of their learning.
I enjoy making lessons engaging and accessible, adapting my teaching to suit each child's needs. I am particularly passionate about helping children who may lack confidence discover they are capable of more than they realise.
I want to teach online because it gives me the opportunity to support children beyond my own classroom and help them make real, lasting progress in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

I use clear modelling, questioning, retrieval practice, visual resources and guided practice to help children understand concepts and build confidence. Lessons then move towards independent work, ensuring pupils can apply what they have learnt.
